Market Focus: US and Vietnam Markets (overseas Vietnamese preferred for US Market)

Role Description

We’re seeking a Creator Growth Specialist / Creator Growth Intern to join our dynamic, fast-growing team. This role involves building and nurturing Snapcut’s creator network, encouraging creators to join our creator program, and driving growth in user base and revenue within targeted markets. The ideal candidate is passionate about the creator economy, thrives in a startup environment, and aspires to become the top business development/salesperson in the field

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with and recruit creators to join Snapcut’s affiliate program or become Snapcut's paying customers, expanding Snapcut’s network and influence.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, guiding them on how Snapcut can enhance their content creation journey.

• Social Media & Digital Marketing Savvy – Up-to-date with platforms, trends, and digital strategies.
• Adaptable to Start-Up Pace – Comfortable navigating the unknowns and quick pivots that come with startup life.
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not required!

Compensation:

• For Specialist: High-commission structure tied directly to business generated, offering significant earning potential.
• For Intern: Unpaid position, ideal for those looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Note: For our US market, overseas Vietnamese are preferred for both Specialist and Intern positions.
